Responsibilities : - Greet and welcome customers with a warm and professional demeanor. - Actively listen to understand customer needs, preferences, and budget. - Expertly showcase jewelry collections, highlighting features and benefits. - Offer personalized recommendations and build lasting relationships with clients. - Negotiate sales and close deals effectively, exceeding assigned sales targets. - Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor. - Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services whenever possible. - Process sales transactions using point-of-sale systems accurately. - Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process. - Participate in product training sessions and stay updated on industry trends. - Achieve excellent customer satisfaction ratings.
