Basic Function

This role is primarily responsible for KPI reporting, forecasting, variance analysis, compliance to reporting timelines, automation and audit of reports going to internal management.

Essential Functions -

1. Process/Functional level data collation and reporting to internal and external clients.
2. Preparation, submission and presentation of various reports for the processes on agreed metrics with stakeholders
3. Regular maintenance of functional MIS and prepare performance analysis.
4. Analyzing data and deriving meaningful results for the use of management in decision-making.
5. Building macros, data querying, logical reasoning in Visio and MS Access
6. Ensure accurate, timely and efficient reporting of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
7. Ensure compliance to client and organizational policies and procedures in respect of reporting.
8. Maintain and develop the processes to ensure optimum automation of reports.
9. Liaison effectively with leadership team, proving to be an effective and dependable support mechanism.
10. Regular audit of reports, preparation of audit reports and highlighting the procedures not being followed.
11. Should show sufficient flexibility and urgency to handle pressure in a cross-cultural environment.
