Job description
Principal responsibilities
o Directly accountable for sales revenue in the assigned territory
o Manage all existing customer service support in the territory
o Work closely with BU Head to ensure BU sales revenue targets are met
o Manage the Key accounts assigned to ensure long term business growth of BU
o Coordinate with WH/support teams to ensure timely support of supplies support to
customers
o Ensure timely collection of payments from all customers in the territory
o Address customer complaints and ensure timely redressal within set response and
resolution time frame
o Generate new leads and work to convert the leads to business wins
o Collect and report market intelligence information related to
Competitor intelligence in the marketplace
