Service Desk Analyst (24.7 Team with more evening / night shift ) - with 2 plus years Exp. Must Have
- Experience on MS Office / Windows , Active directory, printer, hardware, and software related troubleshooting skills .
- Experience on using ITSM, service now, HPSM, BMC remedy or other ticketing tools.
- Excellent communication skills with neutral accent and knowledge of email etiquettes .
- Experience with on call support. Ability to handle international customer calls .Good customer service Skills.
- Comfortable to work in Night shift . More evening and night shifts - though 24.7 .
Mandatory Required : Bachelor's degree or 3 years Diploma with minimum 2 year experience as Technical Support or IT support
