Analyst - Market Research Job Description: Quantitative primary market research: - Responsible for actively participating in the planning, development, and delivery of quantitative primary market research (survey research) - Intermediate to advance knowledge of survey development, survey methods/design, and survey data analyses - Proficient in Excel, Power Point and/or other analytical delivery tools - Execution of essential secondary and select primary research and analysis under guidance from project lead Qualitative primary market research: - Adept at collecting information using basic primary research methodologies - Assists in development and planning of project deliverables - Attention to details a must – reviewing and revising surveys and project reports - Proficient handling survey data in Excel Team work and leadership: - Supportive and contributes to overall team - Proactive, cooperative and takes responsibility for work streams - Presents a self-confident, positive attitude - Ability to multi-task within a team environment General: - Effectively aligns findings with project objectives - Ability to interpret graphics into key findings - Excellent ability to verbally communicate ideas and issues with projects teams and clients, when needed - Assists in communicating on client deliverables - Ad hoc support when needed Skills: - Primary market research (Survey/Interviews) - Quantitative & Qualitative - Survey writing, data analysis, report preparation - Knowledge of statistical analyses is a plus - Knowledge of statistical analyses packages like SPSS, R is a plus EQUAL OPPORTUNITY Indegene is proud to be an Equal Employment Employer and is committed to the culture of Inclusion and Diversity.
