#ltimindtree is looking for ITOM Specialist.
Candidate will work closely with customers, internal and external as well as other team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions that are aligned with business and IT strategies. Gathering and documenting user and process requirements, functional requirements, and developing technical requirements. Event Management experience with other third-party applications via integration. Use tag – based discovery in service mapping. Build Tag based Service maps for Cloud Environments. Implement Event management for Cloud Environments. Perform any ServiceNow development, testing and integration for the changes/developments assigned. Source code in a designated repository Preparation, execution and reporting of Test cases, Test case results & evidence. Update stories to track development. Knowledge Transfer to Steady State Team of all new developments for ITOM Ensuring all requirements are complete, accurate and agreed. All requirements will be captured and processed in a centralized repository with the capability to support basic SDLC fields and workflow. All architectural and design decisions regarding the future developments will need to be approved by SITA IS to maintain platform upgradeability and support. All user acceptance testing will validate alignment of the developed solution with the documented and approved business requirements. Provide Demo sessions and Train the Trainer sessions for users. ServiceNow ITOM Technical expertise Solution Design Coding in ServiceNow. Familiar with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, and protocols like WMI, SSH, SNMP and Networking and database administration. Hands-on experience in configuration and customization of ServiceNow instances Experience in supporting and troubleshooting ServiceNow Workflows, involving multiple external systems and tools. Hands-on experience in creation, configuration, and customization of patterns, Discovery schedules, Probes, Sensors, MID servers, and Event rules. Integrate ServiceNow ITOM modules with in-scope 3rd party enterprise monitoring and application management tools using ServiceNow plugins and REST and SOAP API’s. Experienced in implementation of ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and Orchestration use cases. Hands-on with the design and modification of ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, transform maps, service maps, web services, inbound email actions, SLAs, Performance Analytics, and other ServiceNow administrative tasks. Experience with Design and modification of ServiceNow Service Portal. Good knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and latest ServiceNow features. Hands-on experience in creation, configuration, and customization of Workflows using Flow Designer and Classic Workflow. Hands-on with the design and modification of ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, transform maps, web services, inbound email actions, SLAs, Business Rules, UI Pages, UI Macros, etc. and other ServiceNow administrative tasks. Experience in a Domain Separated ServiceNow Instance Good knowledge of ServiceNow best practices and latest ServiceNow features. Team player and self-starter. Experience working in a complex ServiceNow environment with LDAP/ SSO/ domain separation. Experience with ServiceNow discovery/ITOM/CMDB Service Mapping/Workflows technologies. Hand on Experience on Custom Scripting in ServiceNow platform. Experience of custom applications development in ServiceNow. Monitor health, usage, and compliance of ServiceNow system. Experience with HTML coding and Jelly script. Experience with ServiceNow Agile and Test Management applications. Knowledge of web technologies and cloud computing principles for cloud-based platforms that include SaaS, PaaS, multi-tenancy, and automation.
