Qualifications and Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in business development or sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels, such as cold calling, networking events, and online platforms
- Build and maintain relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Identify new market opportunities and trends to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare sales presentations and proposals to pitch our products and services to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and maintain a deep understanding of our offerings
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
