Responsibilities - Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
- Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
- Data entry in various platforms
Candidates required with
good communication & convincing skills in English & knowledge of E-mail & MS-Excel. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts. Answer questions about products or the company Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed Enter and update customer information in the database Take and process orders in an accurate manner Handle grievances to preserve the companys reputation Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Salary :- 15k - 18k + overtime.
- At least 1 - 3 years' of relevant work experience
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
