Job description
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle Inbound and Outbound calls from US clients, excluding sales
- Take in-bound calls from US Patients to fix appointments
- Handle out-bound call to resolves insurance related issues
- Verify the credentials of health care professionals
- Responsible for calling various insurance companies in USA on behalf of doctors/physicians
- Follow up on outstanding accounts receivables
Desired Skills:
- Fresher's with excellent communication can apply
- Any Graduate from relevant field
- Experience of 1 year in AR Calling in any Healthcare BPO (Voice Process)
- Typing speed should be 20-30 WPM
- Experience of International Calling
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
Shift timing: 6:30 pm - 3:30 am / 5 days working
