Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and implementing sales strategies, and building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners. They will also be responsible for market research, sales forecasting, and reporting. Qualifications Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or related role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong negotiation skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners Knowledge of sales principles and practices Ability to conduct market research and analyze data Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Experience in the clean energy industry is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Has worked in renewable energy space or in the development sector.
