Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Human Resources. The Head of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR management, including developing and enforcing HR policies, maintaining strong employee relations and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR) practices and policies
• Proven experience in HR management
• Deep understanding of labor and employment laws
• Experience in employee relations management
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Demonstrated success in implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
