Role Description
The Sales Manager role is a full-time on-site position located in Gandhinagar. The Sales Manager will be responsible for acquiring new business partners, building and nurturing professional relationships, and leveraging sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Developing sales plans, conducting market research, and reviewing sales data to identify trends and opportunities are part of the role's daily tasks. The Sales Manager will have a team reporting to them, and they will be responsible for coaching, motivating, and guiding the team to achieve their sales goals.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Experience in the Life (Re)insurance industry is preferred
- Leadership and team management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Insurance, or related field
- Professional certifications related to sales or insurance management are a plus
- Fluency in English required, fluency in other languages is a plus
