We are looking for an India Learning & Development Manager (India L&D Head) to join one of our MNC Client in Pune During your tenure as India L&D Head, you will manage, direct, integrate and monitor company-wide learning strategy, oversee design and implementation of learning practices, and provide guidance to business leaders across the company. A perfect role for someone who is/can passionate about driving talent development. As an Individual Contributor, you will be responsible to make a significant impact on the organization and shape the future of learning and development. Implement and evaluate learning and development strategy, value proposition and plan, in alignment with the overall business needs and best practices contribute to the people and team’s development by managing the competency management system and the learning and development resources in the Region. Lead the Local Competency Manager network to improve the organizational impact of L&D activities. Lead the regional training network and ensure synergy cross sites, entities and metier as regards training.
