Role Salesforce Architect (Monitoring tool mandatory)

Location Bangalore
We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Architect with expertise in utilizing monitoring tools
to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce
architecture and development coupled with extensive experience in implementing and
managing monitoring tools to ensure the optimal performance and scalability of Salesforce
solutions.
Design and architect Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and align with
best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into
technical requirements.
Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions including integrations
with other systems.
Implement and configure monitoring tools to track the performance and usage of Salesforce
applications.
Monitor system health and performance metrics and proactively identify and address issues.
Develop custom monitoring solutions as needed to meet specific business requirements.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
Create and maintain documentation related to Salesforce architecture and monitoring tools.
Stay current with Salesforce technology trends and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development.
Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.
Good experience in at least one monitoring tool such as Splunk Dynatrace New Relic or
AppDynamics.
Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture components and best practices.
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment.
Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Technical Architect) are highly desirable.
