Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Personality to lead our efforts in selling University/College Management ERP and HMIS(Hospital Management Information System) Software to educational and healthcare institutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales/Marketing/BD strategies, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the healthcare and education sectors in domestic & International Market.
- Lead sales team members to achieve sales targets.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key Stakeholders in assigned customer accounts.
- Negotiate and close agreements with large customers.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.
- Liaise with Marketing and Product Development departments to ensure brand consistency.
- Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
- Attend international and national trade fairs and conferences to promote our products and network with potential clients.
Requirements:
Proven work experience of 10+ Years of which atleast 3 Years as a Sales Head or similar role in the healthcare and/or educational technology industry, with a focus on ERP and HMIS software.
- Demonstrable experience managing and directing a sales team.
- Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
- Experience in customer relationship management.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, and sales software programs.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Customer-oriented with strong negotiation skills.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Graduate in any discipline & Post Graduate Degree in Business Administration with Speciality in Marketing/Sales. Management Degree in Healthcare domain will be an added advantage.
