Job description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Audit and Compliance Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our company's compliance programs across various regulatory frameworks. You will also be responsible for conducting audits, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring that our company adheres to all applicable laws and regulations.
Job Description - Hands on experience on IAM platform.
- Hands on experience of conducting Audits as per regulatory and DOT regulations..
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs for various regulatory frameworks, including but not limited to [ISO 27001 & NIST 800].
- Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and assess compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Prepare and submit compliance reports to management and regulatory agencies.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in relevant laws and regulations.
- Develop and deliver training programs on compliance topics.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance across the organization.
- Conduct root cause analysis of non-compliance incidents and develop corrective action plans.
- Manage and track corrective action plans to ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in compliance-related projects and initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation of all compliance activities.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in compliance engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks and compliance principles.
- Experience with conducting audits and risk assessments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
