Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Front Desk Receptionist at Vitazia Wellness in Ahmedabad. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting patients as they arrive, answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, sales calls and providing excellent customer service to patients and visitors.

Qualifications

• Phone Etiquette, Communication, and Customer Service skills
• Receptionist Duties and Clerical Skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Prior experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or certification in related field is a plus
