Job description
1. Arriving and implementing strategies to increase market share, profit, customer satisfaction and team motivation.
2. Responsible for creation, execution of sales plan and revenue target in alignment with business objectives.
3. Maintain long term relationship with customers to generate additional revenue for the organization
4. Identify and enlarge Targeted Customer Base and Industry to map potential customers and generate leads/ new
opportunities.
5. Work in coordination with Pricing/ Presales team to provide best possible quote to clients as well as secure good
margin for the company too.
6. Ability to understand customer need and identify market challenges and risks.
7. Strong concept selling experience preferably Software Product.
8. Strong comprehending ability to convert loosely held conversation into business deals.
