Role Summary - We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Executive - Video Call Feature to join BlueStone. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales through Virtual calls to showcase jewellery based on fix Appointments, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers in terms of retention and representing our brand in a professional manner. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, have a strong understanding of sales techniques, and be comfortable with technology.
Key Responsibilities
-Conduct video calls with potential and existing customers to showcase our jewellery products and close sales.
· -Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service and customer experience.
· -Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and virtual calls.
· -Utilize CRM software to track and manage customer interactions, leads, and sales.
· -Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
· -Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
· -Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
