Profile : Product ManagerExperience : 1- 4 yearsLocation : Gurugram, Haryana, IndiaMust Have :- Figma (Software)- FrameMaker- SaaS productKey Responsibilities :- Talk to users and continuously build problem hypotheses and solutions to drive user behavior -Build a deep understanding of user workflows through qualitative and quantitative insights- Define success metrics and monitor them to ensure products deliver the promised value- Work with peers to continuously prioritize products that maximize customer satisfaction- Work with engineers, developers, and designers shipping delightful product offerings- Work with business teams to ensure we are always on track towards increasing our ARRRequirements :- Empathy for user behavior and ability to marry the same with a data-driven hypothesis- Excellent written and communication skills to share insights and convince stakeholders- Comfortable with design wireframing/prototyping on tools like Figma, Balsamiq- Familiarity with data crunching through SQL is preferredThe candidate should be a quick learner and be up to date with current technology trends.
