Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and meticulous Project Manager – Supply Chain. This role requires a candidate with strong project management skills, the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, and a proactive approach to problem-solving within the dynamic environment of an ecommerce company's Supply Chain.

This is an exciting role and would entail you to:

1. Leadership and Reporting: • Lead monthly report-outs to Flywheel Supply Chain leadership, providing updates on key initiatives, performance metrics, and project statuses. • Lead bi-weekly Supply Chain management team report-outs to Flywheel Supply Chain managers, ensuring effective communication and alignment.

2. Performance Tracking: • Track team capacity and performance associated with KPIs, accounts, and projects handled by the offshore team.

3. Status Reporting: • Compose monthly status reports, including project status, key milestones, timeline updates, dependencies, and allocation of working hours by project/client.

4. Task Ownership and Delegation: • Assign captainship by identifying peers and delegating ownership of tasks/projects to ensure accountability and efficiency.

5. Issue Resolution: • Use Failure Modes and Effective Analysis (FMEA) processes to proactively identify and resolve issues within the Supply Chain operations.

6. Cross-Functional Coordination: • Coordinate cross-training for retail, media, DSP, and supply chain functions based on team member bandwidth and interest.

7. Onboarding Process:

• Structure, maintain, and coordinate Subject Matter Expert (SME) review of the onboarding wiki for contractors, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of the entire onboarding process and information repository.

8. Innovation Coordination: • Coordinate innovation initiatives from managers to delegates and encourage the offshore team to propose ideas related to efficiencies, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
