Job description
Following are the desired qualifications and attributes of the candidate:
1. A graduate in any discipline from a reputed institute;
2. An MBA from a reputed institute will be necessary;
3. Experience required: 1-4 years
4. Experienced Supply Chain Professional with exposure to International Trading and Logistics Experience in petrochemicals / specialty bulk chemicals /Chemicals industry;
5. Knowledge of Port infrastructure in Europe for ISO tank bulk-liquids
6. Knowledge of carriers /vessels operating to-and-fro from Antwerp ports for ISOTANK BULK-LIQUIDS and contacts with all major shipping lines.
7. Exposure to Europe Distribution.
8. Sharp Logistics and Finance Acumen – Working knowledge of Costs Estimation, Cash Flow and Inventory Management, Forecasting/Annual Operating Plans;
9. A self-starter and a team player, mature individual with strong values;
10. Excellent negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
1.Providing Logistics at Best Costs for Local and Imports sales of Specialty Chemicals business.
2.Play the lead role in Imports shipments of our Specialty Chemicals in Bulk ISO Tank containerized sales.
3.Liaise with Shipping lines to arrange Imports Clearances in Europe, matching our customers' desired schedules thru most competitive bulk shipment. contracts for Bulk ISO Tank Containerized Imports of our products.
4.Optimization of Demurrages/Detentions at Port.
