Job description
1) Java based Application Support projects involving L1/L2/L3 support with large ticket volumes
2) Drive a team of 20 engineers for meeting SLAs and productivity targets
3) Handson experience in Java/Rest API and troubleshooting API integration issues
4)Experience in driving RCA Insights and optimization Innovation Automation and value addition
5)Handling strategic partners and stakeholder management Governance and Reporting
Experience in workflow management with tools like Salesforce ServiceNow
Experience in retail domain and functional knowledge especially in handling restaurants partners and integrating with POS and ecommerce platforms would be added advantage
Process consultancy and driving efficiency experience will be added advantage
