Job Role:
Master Trainer & Content Developer Experience: 2 to 3 Years Work Location: Chennai(AMBIT) Expectations: 2 to 3 Years of experience in the Service industry training New Hires and existing employees on product and processes Experience in developing training curriculum/agenda, instructor led training presentations. Experience in using rapid content development tools like Articulate is preferred. Roles and Responsibilities: Responsible for conducting Training Needs Analysis by understanding the existing Skills inventory and the required Skills Inventory and to design, develop the appropriate training solutions to address the knowledge and Skill gaps of employees at all levels leading to performance improvement. Develop Content using ID Principles (Instructor Led Training Material Guide, Student Guide, Roleplays, assessments & Knowledge Measure) when required. Develop, manage and upgrade Knowledge base articles. Participate in client training programs and ensure the training programs are developed as required. Conduct New Hire, Remedial & On floor Training. Effectively manage the classroom environment in a positive and professional manner Ensure a closed loop feedback system between Training & floor is maintained. Interact with Project managers, team leaders, and ensure best practices are determined and documented. Interface with QMG and ensure all identified Training Needs are fulfilled Track and Report Training /Trainee progress Maintain high level adherence to policies, procedures and processes Please share your resume to : [email protected]Job tags
