It endeavours to excel in its Creative Rendition through various mediums. To supplement its future plans TFE is looking for the following personnel in its Mumbai & Gurugram offices.
Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Executive at Tandav Films Entertainment in Gurugram. The Operations Executive will oversee day-to-day operations, analyze data, research, and develop presentations. Require to supplement setting up film projects as well as other ancillary projects. Young, Ambitious, Intelligent working & Team Player. Interest in AI will be an added advantage. Qualifications : Operations management and analytical skills Interpersonal skills and strong ability to work with teams Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to anticipate problems and take proactive measures to solve them Experience in the film and entertainment industry is a plus Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related field Skills: Excellent research abilities to gather market data, industry trends, and competitive analysis. Proficiency in presentation software such as Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides, with the ability to create visually appealing and informative presentations. Strong analytical skills to evaluate project feasibility, financial projections, and risk assessment. Knowledge of AI technologies and their applications, with a keen interest in leveraging AI for business optimization and innovation. Familiarity with project management principles to effectively plan, execute, and monitor film projects and other ancillary initiatives. Personality Traits: Ambitious and driven, with a passion for exploring new opportunities and pushing boundaries. Intellectually curious, always seeking to expand knowledge and stay updated on emerging trends and technologies. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas persuasively and build productive relationships.
