Job description

Role: Telecom Marketing Strategist Experience: 5 to 8 years Location: Bangalore,Chennai,Hyderabad and Gurgaon Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Eduaction: MBA from Tier1 colleges (MBA in Telecommunication is good to have)

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Strategist with a strong background in the telecom industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving campaign optimization, refining customer segmentation, enhancing communication and messaging strategies, defining key performance indicators (KPIs), and improving user interface/user experience (UI/UX). The primary focus is to achieve a robust return on investment (ROI) for marketing campaigns, including retargeted initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth data analysis to derive actionable insights for campaign optimization. Refine customer segmentation strategies to enhance targeting precision. Drive improvements in communication and messaging effectiveness. Define and monitor key performance indicators to measure campaign success. Implement UI/UX improvements to enhance user engagement and satisfaction. Achieve and exceed ROI targets for marketing and retargeted campaigns. Conduct thorough campaign reviews and identify areas for improvement. Lead the implementation of recommendations and drive measurable changes in visits and conversion rates (CVR). Utilize data analysis tools and methodologies to provide meaningful insights.

Qualifications and Requirements:

7-10 years as a Marketing Strategist in the telecom industry. Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Demonstrated success in refining customer segmentation strategies. Experience in optimizing communication and messaging for diverse audiences. Proficient in defining and monitoring KPIs to measure marketing effectiveness. Track record of implementing UI/UX improvements to enhance user satisfaction. Successful track record in achieving and exceeding ROI targets for marketing campaigns. Ability to lead change in visits and CVR through effective campaign strategies. Exceptional data analysis skills and a keen eye for deriving actionable insights.
