Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist located in Rewa. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for daily hiring and recruiting activities, including but not limited to interviewing, communication, training, and collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.

- Experience in HR or Recruitment
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Experience using recruitment and applicant tracking software
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include experience in headhunting and talent acquisition, knowledge of recruitment marketing and employment branding, and excellent time management and organizational skills.
