We are currently hiring for Loan Processor Profile into US Mortgage. Interested candidates please refer to the below discerption & if suitable please apply on this Job post or share your updated CV on [email protected] Processing the allocated files for: · Title Ordering- Responsible for ordering and follow up of the title commitment order to ensure upload into file according to pre-defined checklist · Evidence of Insurance- by calling Insurance Agencies to get the Hazard Insurance policy updated, review of evidence of insurance received to ensure accuracy, also responsible to update system of record with the replacement costs · Cancellation support of Cancelled, Withdrawn, Denied (CWD) loans- Responsible for cancellation of loans utilizing a pre-defined checklist and/or tool to determine appropriate final action Essential Job Functions: · Faxing Authorization forms · Receiving inbound calls · Meeting same day turn times · Data Entry, outbound calls, receiving inbound calls Requirements: · Fluency in English is a must. · Experience in International mortgage domain preferred. · MS office exposure is a must- Specifically with MS Excel and Word · Candidates must be okay to work in 24/7 shifts (mandatory - night shifts).
