Job description
Your tasks
- • Operation of the technical service R&S Cloud (ticket handling, error correction, maintenance) with focus on the Observability Stack (Monitoring, Logging, Alerting, Billing)
• Implementation of new or changed functionalities of the R&S Cloud platform according to the (in the backlog refinements) agreed realization and in line with the sprint planning.
• Contribution to the enhancements of the R&S Cloud services
• Support of the R&S Cloud user when setting up new use cases and products (onboarding)
• Evaluation of new technologies and future trends with target to improve the R&S Cloud services.
Your qualifications
- • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent. Industry experience of 2- 3 years
• Strong knowledge of cloud and container infrastructure (Docker, Kubernetes, Customize, Helm, Git Ops)
• Good knowledge of observability products and solutions (ElasticSearch, Prometheus, Grafana)
• Experience with software development with focus on integration
• Practical experience with agile methodologies like SCRUM is an advantage.
• Result and customer oriented
• Fluent English; German knowledge are an advantage
