Minimum 3yrs Experience Required.

Team handling experience required.

Preferable experience from education, BPO, customer care services, who can:

  • Provide guidance and assistance to students facing academic, personal, or emotional challenges.
  • Act as a point of contact for students in crisis and provide timely intervention and support.
  • Collaborate with counseling services and relevant authorities to address urgent student needs.
  • Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure the smooth operation of student care services.
  • Maintain records of student care resources and update inventory as needed.
  • Work closely with academic staff, counselors, and other relevant departments to address student concerns and ensure a holistic approach to student care.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential records of student interactions and interventions.
  • Generate reports on student care activities and outcomes for management.
  • Need good communication skills to handle student's query, request and complaint.
  • Bachelor degree & good communication skills
  • Good MS Office Skills
  • Good Typing Speed
  • Good Writing skills
