Job description

Job Description:
The Manager-IT is responsible for overseeing and managing the information technology
systems and processes related to SAP within the company. This role involves planning,
coordinating, and executing SAP projects, managing a team of SAP/Hardware professionals
and ensuring the efficient and effective use of SAP applications to support business
operations. The Manager collaborates with various stakeholders, including business leaders,
IT teams, and external vendors/consultant, to drive SAP strategy, ensure system reliability,
and optimize SAP functionalities to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. SAP Strategy and Planning:
o Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for SAP (HANA) systems,
aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
o Collaborate with business leaders to identify and prioritize SAP initiatives,
ensuring they align with business requirements.
o Evaluate emerging SAP technologies and industry trends, providing
recommendations for system improvements and innovations.

2. Project Management:
o Plan, coordinate, and execute SAP projects, including system upgrades,
module implementations, and process improvements.
o Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
o Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to
ensure successful project delivery.

3. Team Management:
o Lead and manage a team of SAP/Hardware professionals, providing guidance,
mentorship, and performance feedback.
o Define and delegate tasks, establish priorities, and ensure the team's adherence
to project timelines and quality standards.
o Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, promoting
knowledge sharing and professional development.

4. SAP System Administration and Support:
o Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of SAP systems,
ensuring system availability, performance, and security.
o Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to implement and enforce
SAP system controls and compliance measures.
o Provide technical support and guidance to end users, addressing system-
related issues and facilitating training programs as needed.

5. Stakeholder Engagement:
o Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and
translate them into SAP solutions.
o Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless integration of
SAP with other business systems and processes.
o Establish and maintain strong relationships with SAP vendors, managing
vendor contracts, and resolving issues effectively.

Experience & Skills:
? Strong knowledge of SAP modules, such as FI/CO, SD, MM, PP or others, depending
on organizational requirements.
? Knowledge of SAP Programming ABAP
? Extensive experience in SAP systems management, including implementation,
configuration, and support.
? Proven experience in leading and managing SAP projects, including project planning,
resource management, and risk mitigation.
? Excellent team management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and
develop a team of SAP professionals.
? Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
? Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at
all levels.
