10-13 years of work experience with 5+ years experience in digital transformation
MBA (Preferably from Tier 1) and B.Tech / B.E
Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate with senior stake-holders and technical/non-technical audiences.
Excellent Understanding of software development life cycle
