Shreeji Softinfo Consultancy LLP is a leading IT Company based in Vadodara. As we expand our team we are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior HR Executive to join our dynamic workplace.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
Assist in the recruitment process from posting job openings to coordinating interviews.
Support the onboarding process for new hires ensuring a seamless integration into our team.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive work culture through employee engagement initiatives.
HR Administration:
Maintain accurate and organized employee records and documentation.
Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
Training and Development:
Coordinate training sessions to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Track and report on employee training progress.
Performance Management:
Support the performance appraisal process and assist in gathering feedback.
Collaborate in the implementation of performance improvement plans as needed.
Compliance:
Stay informed about local labor laws and regulations.
Assist in ensuring the companys compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detailoriented with excellent organizational abilities.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with HRIS systems.
