Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager at Transcend Adventures located in Hyderabad. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store operations, managing sales performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing staff. The Store Manager will also be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, tracking financial transactions, and enforcing company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention skills
• Experience in managing a team and delegating tasks
• Ability to maintain accurate inventory and track financial transactions
• Experience in working with Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of outdoor gear and adventure sports is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
