Job description
Engineering degree (EEE/ECE/Automotive Electronics ) with in min 7 years of Experience at Automotive suppliers, OEMs or other Hi tech industry.
Background in Quality , Manufacturing or Development.
Experience within the field of automotive industry Supplier Quality management , New Product Development.
Expertise/Basic Knowledge on:-
- PCBA assembly process
- Electronics Module assembly process
- Certification in IPC standards ( Added advantage)
Key Responsibilities of the role involve:-
- Conduct supplier evaluations within the supplier selection process
- Ensure adherence to Quality standards for the Sourcing and Project cooperation according to Quality Process and Requirements.
- Implementation responsibility for all purchasing parts /Electronics parts all over India (Process audits, Capacity Planning , PPAP approval).
- Lead the entire industrialization process (APQP) from side to assure product and process quality and quantity of supplied parts.
- Responsible for entire supply chain and to ensure continuous parts supply in defined quality for the projects.
- Should have strong communication skill to interact with Cross functional team.
