Job description

Minimumqualifications / requirements
3to 5 years of relevant industry experience as a backend/fullstack softwareengineer
proficientin java and related backend technology stack
exposureto architectural patterns of large, high-scale web applications, such aswell-designed apis, high volume data pipelines, and efficient algorithms
understandingof data structures and problem solving approaches,and ability to articulate trade offs
passionfor creating highly effective technology platform
comfortablewith tackling ambiguous problems and unblocking yourself
focuson building high quality products; every one of our flows affects the businessbottom line
datadriven in how you solve problems and validate youve solved them correctly
havea strong desire to mentor the careers and development of other engineers
technicalleadership: hands on experience leading project teams and setting technicaldirection and strategy

BS in computer science / mis or equivalent work-related experience
