Job description
We are looking for a result-driven Female Team Leader to be responsible for monitoring and supervising a team of Tele Marketers to achieve the Organisational Business objectives and Increase sales. You will be responsible for hand-holding, Guidance, Training, and Leadership skills to inspire the Team for Optimum Performance. You should create a cohesive work environment, in order to have Team working in an efficient and target driven output.
Responsibilities, would include, but not Limited to:
• Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
• Motivating the team to achieve Organisational goals.
• Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
• Delegating tasks to team members.
• Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
• Conducting weekly Performance reviews.
• Contributing to the growth of the company through building up a successful team.
• Creating a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
