MITSDE was established in the year 2008 and is an integral constituent of MAEER's MIT Pune, MITSDE offers Post Graduate Programs with specializations in various domains namely Operations, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Project Management, Logistics and Supply Chain, Construction Project Management, Business Analytics, Digital Marketing.

Responsibilities

This is a full-time Academic Content Lead (Assistant Professor) role. As an Academic Content Lead, you will be responsible for Live online sessions, Developing Academic Content for Operations management courses, managing a team of content writers, and engaging with students remotely.

Qualifications

• Expertise in at least one management domain - Operations, Marketing, HR, Finance, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Digital Marketing.
• Prior experience Teaching MBA, PGDM, and PGDBA courses Online Education Delivery.
• Experience in academic content development
• Ability to lead, manage, and mentor a team of content writers.
• MBA in Operations Management with a minimum of 60% Score.
• A Ph.D. degree in Management or a related field is preferred.
