Job description
Business Process Analysis :
o Analyze clients sales and service processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
o Map current processes to C4C functionalities and identify gaps.
o Work with clients to define and document desired business processes within C4C.
System Configuration and Customization:
o Configure C4C modules like Sales and Service based on client requirements.
o Customize standard functionalities using configuration options and business rules.
o Develop extensions and integrations with other systems using tools like SAP Cloud Platform Integration Suite.
Testing and Documentation:
o Create and execute test cases to ensure C4C functions as designed.
o Document system configurations customizations and test results.
o Train endusers on the new C4C system and functionalities.
Ongoing Support and Optimization:
o Provide ongoing support to users troubleshoot issues and resolve problems.
o Monitor system performance and suggest improvements.
o Analyze user feedback and recommend further system enhancements.
Additional Skills and Requirements:
Strong understanding of CRM concepts and best practices.
Indepth knowledge of SAP C4C functionalities and configuration options.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders.
Project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
SAP C4C certification is a plus.
