Job Description

  1. Closure of books of accounts (incl. AR and Notes) -Inventory Activities like Provisioning, Costing review of inhouse/traded/co-packed/CMO products ,Profit Elimination, NRV testing, Inventory Reconciliation
  2. CoPE Reporting and Analysis - Reporting consolidated CoPE of NA and analysing the reason for major deviation against LE.
  3. Inventory & CoPE Optimization Program - Working with SCM and Customer Service through Periodical review of Blocked Inventory , MOH, FEFO, Future COPE, Shelf life, Open PO Analysis for traded Products.
  4. LMC Vs TMC review
  5. Inventory health metrics presentation on dashboard on monthly basis for reviews with central teams and in controller forum.
  6. UPS, CMOs & CPOs Inventory Reconciliation - Working with SCM to Reconcile the UPS, CMOs and CPOs Inventory with SAP.
  7. Physical Verification(US Visit) - Visit US to conduct the physical verification of inventory.
  8. Single point of contact for all inventory audit and documentation(Internal Audit, Statutory Audit and SoX Audit).
  9. Tax Details - Preparing and sharing the state wise Inventory details, provisioned and expired inventory details to Tax Team.
  10. Yield Reporting - Working with SCM for yield tracking of CMOs, Co-packer.
  11. Annual Inventory Policy Validation - Validating the Inventory Provision Policy on Annual Basis.

Qualifications

  1. CA/ICWA with 3 to 5 years with relevant experience in pharma/manufacturing industry is mandatory.

Additional Information

  1. Working knowledge in IFRS, SOX documentation with an eye for detail.
  2. Stake holder management and problem-solving skills.
  3. Reasoning & analytical ability to connect the dots.
  4. Costing rules and Methods
  5. Advanced Excel & Working Knowledge in SAP FICO modules.
