What You Will Be Doing - Providing technical support to teams within the organization, and to external clients when required
- Managing ticketed (JIRA/SNOW, etc) query system and ensuring comprehensive database of queries and resolutions is kept up to date
- Maintaining and updating technical documents and procedures
- Take ownership of projects and deliver on it on time, keeping all stakeholders updated on status periodically
- Identifying and resolving technical issues
- Managing coordination at a local and international level where required
- Delivering regular and customized training to teams within the business
- Preparing maintenance plans and upgrading schedules for the organization's systems
- Developing reports for teams across the business
What You Bring - 3-6 years of experience is required
- Extensive Experience in IIS, Apache, JBoss, Tomcat, Load Balancer, SSO, SSL
- Technical experience with Windows, Linux, VMware, SQL Server/Oracle, other middleware technologies
- Practical experience of public/private cloud technologies
- Strong JBOSS and Web servers skills
- Nice to have experience in ITIL, SRE and DevOps
- Flexible to work in 24*7 shifts
- Any graduate
- ITIL v3 Foundation or higher desirable
