Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a US IT Recruiter located in Indore. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for IT positions in the US market, and will work closely with account managers and clients to identify top talent and provide recruitment solutions. The US IT recruiter will also manage candidate relationships and serve as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management or a related field
• Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter with a specialization in IT recruitment
• Experience with sourcing methods including social media, resume databases, and professional networks
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of recruiting processes and best practices
• Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in the US
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment
