Summary & Overview of the Position
He/she will be responsible to provide our creative team with guidance and ideas to launch new impressive projects. He/she should be able to implement creative vision and become the point of reference for any creative plan that wants to make its way to the customers. The goal is to achieve the best possible outcome of our projects visually and essentially to meet customer expectations and drive our sustainable growth.
Creativity
• Help develop and review creative briefs that provide strategic insight and creative inspiration • Work with CS, Art to produce standout and strategically focused concepts and campaigns
• Take on appropriate projects and own them, start to finish
• Participate in client meetings
• Brainstorming/creative sessions to generate ideas
• Participate heavily in concept presentations
• Share responsibility with planning to shape strategic branding
• Revise content and presentations, approve/reject ideas, provide feedback to the team
Skillsets
• Hands-on experience in Digital, Social and content marketing, preferably in a Digital/ Integrated agency. • Hands-on experience in creative process, marketing, copywriting and brand development
• Proven knowledge of creative strategy, solutions, conceptualization, communication, client orientation
• Excellent command of English, both verbal and written communication
• Independent, determined; loves taking responsibility and problem solving.
• Pushes for the best possible work and stands-up for great ideas.
