Job description

Job Description :Mode of Hiring - Permanent Mode of Work - Hybrid - Provide first-level and second-level technical support to end-users, both remotely and on site, to resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues promptly and effectively. - Hands on knowledge and experience on working with ticketing tool (JSM, ServiceNow) - Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS), and software applications. - Perform hardware upgrades, replacements, and repairs as necessary, ensuring optimal performance of desktop systems. - Collaborate with the IT team to deploy and manage software updates, patches, and security enhancements. - Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues, including wired and wireless connections.- Assist in the setup and configuration of mobile devices (smartphones, tablets) for employees. - Create and manage user accounts, profiles, and access permissions in Active Directory and other relevant systems. - Collaborate with the IT team to maintain an inventory of hardware and software assets, track licenses, and ensure compliance. - Basic understanding of Cloud infrastructure (Azure/AWS/GCP) - Assist in the development and documentation of IT policies, procedures, and best practices related to desktop support and end-user computing. - Provide training and guidance to end-users on using hardware and software applications effectively and securely. - Assist with data backup and recovery processes, ensuring data integrity and availability. - Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers for hardware and software procurement, warranty support, and problem resolution. - Good written and spoken communication skills.
