Job description

Investigate and troubleshoot server-side issues reported by customers or detected through
monitoring systems.

Analyse server logs, error messages, and performance metrics to identify the root cause of
bugs, crashes, and performance degradation.

Collaborate with development and operations teams to prioritise and address server-side
issues in a timely manner.

Develop and implement solutions to fix server-side bugs, optimise performance, and
prevent recurrence of issues.

Communicate effectively with customers to provide updates on the status of their reported
issues and ensure their satisfaction with the resolution.

Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and best practices for internal knowledge
sharing and customer self-service.

Monitor server health and performance using monitoring tools and proactively address any
potential issues before they impact customers.

Participate in on-call rotation to provide after-hours support for critical server-side issues
and emergencies.

Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to
server-side development and support.
