Job Description

• Candidate should be a Graduate with Excellent English Communication Skills
• OTA Experience is a must not minimum 1 year
• After Sales Experience is a must. 'Reconfirm – Amend – Cancellation'
• Handling and communication skills not minimum to very good through emails & WhatsApp & calls
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills is a must specially on Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Outlook
• Age requirements are 30 years old
• Flexible personality to work on rotational shifts
