Overseeing the daily operations of a store, making sure it runs smoothly and effectively, motivating sales teams, creating business strategies and ensuring training of new staff.

Merchandise management

Sales target Vs Achievement
Analysis competitive market and growth in market share
Identifying New program plans for BTL and conversion of business
New customer conversion and Conversion of Dormant customers
Delivering customer ordered product on time
Rotation of stock and Identification as per optimum stock
Analysis report submission
Ensuring no SOP violation cases in audit
Succession Planning
Training and Development of the internal staff
Communications&WorkingRelationships:
Internal: All internal Store members and Head office External: Vendors, Customers
Qualifications,Experience&Skills:
Qualification Graduation/Post Graduation Experience 10-15 years, Relavant Experience-5 years [ASM|SM] Skills Communication, Skills: succession planning,area store manager,sales management,visual merchandising,market analysis,business strategy,customer service,store manager,audit compliance,team management,training and development,stock management,commucation skills
