Roles And Responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining relationships with both internal and external sales and marketing departments, vendors, distributors, and customers.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities for the revenue generation and profitable growth of the company.
- Researching new markets and emerging market trends.
- Formulating and implementing an account management plan to ensure that business relations are properly maintained.
- Presenting market research to the marketing department and recommending strategies to improve market research.
- Be in a mutually symbiotic relationship with the brand, the creative team, the digital strategists and the operations of an execution. A horizontal, to all verticals.
- Create real and effective yet simple and disruptive short-term and long-term plans, calendars, strategies – that will not only be inspirational but also actionable.
- Continually learning about the company’s Services.
Requirements
- A Bachelors’/ Masters’/ Specialized course in Business or Marketing and Communications or Brand Planning or the likes
- Confidence, tact, strong people-skills, intuitive
- Strong command of language – oral and written
- High degree of understanding of people, brands and the market
- Strong leadership skills
- MS-Office
- 8-10 years of relevant experience in business development
- Preferred experience in Marketing & advertising agency
- Multi-tasker
- The capability of team leadership
- High marketing & advertising knowledge
