Be responsible for meeting the builders,real estate agents and generate the leads for the prospects.
Be proactive about solving problems even if it's outside of your area and be ready to take on additional initiatives and responsibilities as they emerge
As channel sales executive, you will be responsible for driving the offline/channel sales penetration of the city, the customer experience we offer our clients & prospects, and driving the overall order book and revenue of the city.
Your span of control will include the city sales (offline sales).
You will lead our relationship with all city-based channel partners, builder partners, HLAs etc. In this role, you will also work closely with the central HomeLane team based in Bengaluru, to build towards our One HomeLane philosophy.

Job Requirement
Should have sound knowledge about the local and real estate market.
