Content Writer Team: Marketing Experience: 1+ years Location: Hyderabad (preferred) or remote (India) We’re looking for a talented writer who can help position Optmyzr as a thought leader, problem-solver, educator, and tool of choice in the PPC advertising space. This role will be responsible for developing the assets that power our organic activities and some paid campaigns. You’ll work closely with our growth, product and customer teams to turn briefs into high-quality content for our website, blog, social media, emails, ad campaigns, and other channels. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll largely be responsible for turning briefs into long-form content and conversion-focused materials including: Blog posts, case studies, and web and landing pages One-off and sequential emails promoting our content and products YouTube titles and descriptions, and social media captions Other responsibilities include: Conducting research to develop briefs into outlines, drafts and eventually, published pages Interviewing internal and external subject matter experts to support or fuel your articles and other content Keeping track of Optmyzr product updates and customer needs Our ideal candidate: 1-2 years of experience writing content for a tech company, preferably in SaaS Fluent written and spoken English, ideally with some experience writing for North American and/or European audiences. A degree in English, communications or another related field is a bonus, but not necessary Live portfolio of published marketing collateral Strong sense of collaboration and ownership, including adherence to deadlines Comfort with interviewing and building relationships with internal/external subject matter experts Basic understanding of how to optimize content for search engines while still keeping it interesting for people Some experience using generative AI to support content creation (NOT WRITING IT) High attention to detail and the ability to edit your own work The ability to create compelling narratives that link pain points to business outcomes will give you an advantage Ability to quickly become familiar with new tools and software, including our own product IMPORTANT: Using ChatGPT or other generative AI for your application or assessment will immediately disqualify you.
